Who We Are
MyKayla Bowser, LPC
Therapist
As a therapist, I understand how overwhelming life can feel when you’re carrying the weight of stress, uncertainty, and emotional pain. I believe that healing begins when we feel truly seen and heard, and I am passionate about creating a space where individuals can explore their stories with compassion and authenticity. My goal is to walk beside you as you rediscover your resilience and grow into the version of yourself that feels most whole.
With training in EMDR, somatic practices, play therapy, and expressive arts, I bring experience working with individuals of all ages navigating high stress, PTSD, anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, relationship issues, and identity concerns. My approach is grounded in honoring each person’s lived experience. I see clients as the experts of their own lives and aim to meet them where they are emotionally, culturally, and personally. I value the power of genuine connection and believe that healing happens at your pace, on your terms.
Whether you’re a child, teen, adult, or family, therapy can be a courageous first step. My role is to walk alongside you with curiosity and care, help cultivate your inner resilience, and uncover the strengths that already exist within you. Through a person-first lens and creative, evidence-based approaches, my hope is to help you move toward greater clarity, connection, and self-understanding in a way that feels meaningful and true to who you are.

Kailey Buck, LPC
Therapist
I am a licensed professional counselor who believes that we are all capable of change and am passionate about helping empower individuals to live their most genuine lives.

I am an experienced therapist who earned my master's degree in clinical mental health counseling from the University of Arkansas and have focused much of my learned career experiences and training on trauma informed care and attachment to help create a sense of felt safety and understanding in a space that feels authentic while challenging. Sitting in vulnerability and big feelings can require bravery and significant internal motivation and my goal is to help foster your inner resilience and shed the weight of trauma and stressors that inhibit you from living your most satisfied life.

I aim to walk beside you in your path to healing while utilizing creative approaches such as sand tray therapy, expressive arts, EMDR, and play therapy that are suitable and allow me to be equipped to help all ages.

Kelly Little, LPC, RPT, NCC
Therapist
My personal journey has focused on seeking authenticity, self-compassion, and meaningful relationships. These principles serve as a compass for my work with clients as I explore not only how they are feeling, but also their relationship with themselves and the world around them.

My approach with children, adolescents, young adults, and families is deeply rooted in the understanding of attachment and physical awareness, as I believe that these elements are crucial for fostering felt safety and a path to wellness. I bring a diverse set of skills to my practice, including training in Child Centered Play Therapy, Sandtray Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Child Parent Psychotherapy, in addition to being a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). I employ Health At Every Size (HAES) principles as well as respect and affirm my clients' identities, and every type of family structure. It is through my own experiences and these therapeutic approaches and ways of being that I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment for my clients, empowering them to explore their emotions, foster stronger relationships, and build resilience.

My work as a counselor has been immensely rewarding and I feel honored to be in the presence of young people and their caregivers. I am deeply curious about the systems that support my clients, those that might benefit from improvement, and those that clients may not have connected with or been given access to yet. This curiosity fuels my dedication to creating a supportive and transformative experience for those I work with.
