Who We Are
Kailey Buck, LPC
Therapist
I am a licensed professional counselor who believes that we are all capable of change and am passionate about helping empower individuals to live their most genuine lives.
I am an experienced therapist who earned my master's degree in clinical mental health counseling from the University of Arkansas and have focused much of my learned career experiences and training on trauma informed care and attachment to help create a sense of felt safety and understanding in a space that feels authentic while challenging. Sitting in vulnerability and big feelings can require bravery and significant internal motivation and my goal is to help foster your inner resilience and shed the weight of trauma and stressors that inhibit you from living your most satisfied life.
I aim to walk beside you in your path to healing while utilizing creative approaches such as sand tray therapy, expressive arts, EMDR, and play therapy that are suitable and allow me to be equipped to help all ages.
Kelly Little, LPC, RPT
Therapist
My personal journey has been a quest seeking authenticity, self-compassion, and meaningful relationships. These principles serve as a compass for my work with clients as I explore not only how they are feeling, but also their relationship with themselves and the world around them.

My approach with children, adolescents, young adults, and families is deeply rooted in the understanding of attachment and physical awareness, as I believe that these elements are crucial for fostering felt safety and a path to wellness. I bring a diverse set of skills to my practice, including training in Child Centered Play Therapy, Sandtray Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Child Parent Psychotherapy, in addition to being a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). It is through my own experiences and these therapeutic modalities that I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment for my clients, empowering them to explore their emotions, foster stronger relationships, and build resilience.

My work as a counselor has been immensely rewarding and I feel honored to be in the presence of young people and their caregivers. I am deeply curious about the systems that support my clients, those that might benefit from improvement, and those that clients may not have connected with or been given access to yet. This curiosity fuels my dedication to creating a supportive and transformative experience for those I work with.
